Weldman 3 High chromium, high manganese alloy used
in the rebuilding of manganese parts subject
to severe impact loading. Buildup/joining Mn
steel or C steel.
Weldite A Highest deposit rate. Best for parts subject to
impact and abrasion. Use to rebuild crusher
rolls, dredge pump shells, and other parts.
Weldite D Hardest hardfacing electrode. Best for parts
subject to impact and abrasion.
Weldite FExcellent general purpose hardfacing
electrode. Low cost. Best for parts subject to
impact and abrasion.
Weldite MGreat weldability and great for general
hardfacing. Best used on parts subject to
impact and abrasion.
Weldite 35 Great weldability. Can be applied to C and
Mn steel. Best for parts subject to impact and
abrasion.
Weldtung 60 Excellent abrasion resistance. Contains
tungsten carbide for metal-earth abrasion.
Weld V-Tung Has deposits that contain vanadium carbides
which are similar to the wear resistance of tungsten
carbide with higher impact strength. The vanadium
carbides dissolve and reform in the deposit.
Mangweld 44Mangweld 44 is an electrode that can be used for overlay or build-up on carbon and low alloy steels as well as manganese steel.

hardens rapidly under impact. Best used for
buildup/joining Mn steels where parts are
subject to impact and abrasion. Self-shielding.
Weldman A3 High chromium, high manganese alloy used
in the rebuilding/joining of manganese/ carbon
steel parts subject to severe impact loading.
Self-shielding.
Weldamatic 969-G969-G is gas-shielding.
It provides good impact and abrasion
resistance. Used for metal-metal applications
and metal-earth parts. Can be applied to Carbon,
alloy, and Mn steels.
Weldamatic 969-O 969-O is self-shielding. It provides good impact and abrasion
resistance. Used for metal-metal applications
and metal-earth parts. Can be applied to Carbon,
alloy, and Mn steels.
Weldamatic D Best for parts subject to impact and abrasion.
Highest hardness of iron based alloy. Can be
applied to C, alloy, Mn steels and cast iron.
Weldamatic R-101 Great for parts subject to abrasion. Not
machinable or forgeable.
